Services for Employers

    We can provide your business with pre-screened, qualified applicants at no cost to you and match them with an appropriate job. WorkForce Diversity has a pool of qualified applicants with a variety of skills and education. Some individuals are eligible to receive on-site assistance with training and follow-up support at no cost to you. Other candidates, if hired, may qualify your business for a Workers' Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).

    We can provide employee development and retention services through on site job coaching, as well as group mentoring and workplace accommodation consultation. We can assist you with employee job training at no cost to you. Our qualified staff will work with you and your new employee to make sure the job match is successful for both of you. Our past employers are very satisfied with our services, 93% of the employers we work with have expressed to us their satisfaction with their employees that we have placed.

    WorkForce Diversity staff can help employers take advantage of the variety of financial incentives offered for hiring people from targeted populations. These incentives help employers offset hiring and training costs, while helping individuals become productive contributors to the marketplace.

Qualified Applicant Resource
    WorkForce Diversity provides pre-screened applicants matched specifically to employer needs.

Job Coaching
    WorkForce Diversity provides individual on-site training and mentoring, allowing supervisors more time to supervise, rather than train. Job Coaching is provided at no cost for those employees who are eligible.
