Our staff members know the local job climate and participate in local and state activities that relate to employment and the economy. WorkForce Diversity is a division of Bona Vista Programs Inc., an organization with over 48 years experience in comprehensive rehabilitation services.
We work with employers who need prescreened, dependable job candidates; job seekers and career changers, high school students and recent graduates searching for vocational direction, people who are determined eligible for our services through Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Services (Voc Rehab).
